JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A to join the growing Finance Team at Iambic, an innovative biotech company redefining drug discovery and development by applying industry-leading AI and Machine Learning technology. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will be responsible for financial consolidations and long-range corporate planning. This role will also partner with our G&A groups on a broad range of planning and forecasting activities and provide group leaders with detailed analytics and insights to help inform strategic decision-making. This position will be based in our San Diego Headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the consolidation process for budgets and forecasts for functional groups across Computational, Discovery & Experimental, Clinical & CMC, and G&A.
Support the development of the long-range corporate model used to guide strategic planning and capital management.
Serve as a finance business partner for all G&A groups including Administration, BD & Communications, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and IT.
