About the role

iCapital is looking for an Analyst to join the Fund Reporting team. This individual will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of investor communications, with an emphasis on client fund level reports for private equity fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and monthly hedge fund reporting for private clients. This individual will have constant interaction with industry leading Wirehouses, as well as investment and accounting professionals at the underlying private equity funds and hedge funds.

What they're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably with hedge funds, private equity, and/or real estate industry, and open to recent graduates with relevant experience
  • Previous experience in report writing, investor communications, and business writing skills are preferred
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and must be able to independently solve problems
  • Microsoft office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of Excel with experience of manipulation and presentation of data
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments with excellent time management skills

iCapital is looking for an Analyst to join the Fund Reporting team.   • Work on a team of investment professionals who are responsible for the preparation and review of quarterly fund level client reporting with respect to private equity, real estate, secondary, and credit fund-of-funds and feeder funds currently under management.
  • Review, digest, and extract information from the reports provided by the underlying private equity sponsors and draft the relevant information to be included in the client quarterly performance updates.
  • Prepare, analyze, and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance information for inclusion in the reports.
