About the role

The Family Office Advisory Senior Associate is a critical member of the relationship management team responsible for coordinating complex family office operations and driving the implementation of sophisticated planning strategies for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This role partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to deliver exceptional service and seamless execution across all aspects of family office management.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in family office, wealth management, or other roles supporting high net worth and ultra-high net worth families
  • Experience managing complex client relationships while coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning and/or personal tax planning, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external advisors to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape and Salesforce is a plus

The Family Office Advisory Senior Associate is a critical member of the relationship management team responsible for coordinating complex family office operations and driving the implementation of sophisticated planning strategies for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This role partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to deliver exceptional service and seamless execution across all aspects of family office management.

This role sits within Investment Management, which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to support complex family office client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day client needs.
  • Lead the coordination and implementation of trust and estate planning strategies, including entity structuring, gifting programs, trust funding, wealth transfer planning, and philanthropic initiatives.
