- 7+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Equity, or broader investment organizations
- Strong talent advisory and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders and high-performing teams and translating business needs into recruiting strategies
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent assessment, with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent
- Exceptional organization and execution skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple concurrent searches, competing priorities, and detailed recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence and a highly collaborative approach
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones while balancing independent ownership with close collaboration

This individual will serve as a trusted talent advisor to investment professionals and business leaders, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across a broad range of functions, including Portfolio Engagement, Operations, and Support teams, as well as playing a critical role in early-career investment hiring programs, including intern, Analyst, and Associate recruiting. This role requires a combination of strategic talent partnership and exceptional execution. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable advising senior stakeholders on market strategy, managing highly competitive candidate processes, coordinating complex recruiting logistics, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience recruiting within Venture Capital, Growth Equity, or Private Equity environments and possess a strong understanding of investment recruiting cycles, including Investment Analyst and Associate recruiting.
