What they're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related STEM field
- Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in high-complexity, enterprise-grade environments
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and a good understanding of Apex/SOQL logic
- A technical environment where they act as the bridge between "Business Needs" and "System Architecture."
- A fast-paced environment that requires balancing immediate business agility with the discipline to build for scale and look beyond quick-fix solutions
- A forward-looking team that treats the CRM as a product and is eager to experiment with AI and automation
