About the role
IDEAYA Biosciences is seeking a highly organized, proactive, business-minded Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the growing Commercial organization.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years supporting senior executives, including experience supporting C-level leadership
- Experience working within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or business operations in addition to executive support responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
