About the role
As a Senior QA Engineer at impact.com, you will be responsible for understanding, testing and approving quality features through developing and executing comprehensive test plans. You will be working on experiences that help our customers achieve the best results on our platform. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance: A proven track record of ensuring high-quality software delivery
- Experience in a professional software development environment: Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how QA fits in
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks: Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar, and the ability to write and maintain automated test scripts
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases: Ability to create thorough and effective testing strategies
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools: Familiarity with various approaches to software testing and relevant applications
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL: Ability to query and understand data for testing purposes
