About the role
Build a deep understanding of the workflows, priorities, and needs of large pharma discovery organizations Lead conversations with scientific and business stakeholders to uncover the underlying problems behind customer feedback and requests
What they're looking for
- You have 3+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, strategy, business development, or another highly customer-facing role
- You have a strong scientific foundation. An advanced degree is strongly preferred, but not required
- You understand drug discovery and can engage credibly with scientific stakeholders
- You are skilled at turning ambiguous customer input into a clear problem, a testable hypothesis, and a practical next step
- You are comfortable forming a point of view, testing it quickly, and changing course when the evidence calls for it
- You can communicate complex scientific and technical ideas clearly to audiences ranging from bench scientists to senior executives
