About the role
As a Staff Engineer, you'll own a large surface area of the product, both by being a product and system architect that's helpful to others on the team, as well as being a core individual contributor. You'll have significant ownership over how thousands of developers build AI agents, from API design to SDK ergonomics to the abstractions that make agentic systems easy to build. - Strong TypeScript expertise: 4+ years building full-stack products with TypeScript, with a deep understanding of end-to-end web fundamentals
- System design skills: you can architect APIs and systems that are elegant, scalable, and developer-friendly
- Product thinking: you care about the end-user experience and think through how people will actually use what you build
- Full-stack fluency: comfortable working across the stack, from APIs to SDKs to UIs
- High ownership: you want to own problems end-to-end, not just ship code
