Innovation Works is seeking a part-time Operations Consultant to support AlphaLab and Innovation Works’ broader Venture Platform.
The consultant will help strengthen the systems, processes, and operating infrastructure that support founders across AlphaLab and the Innovation Works portfolio. This engagement will focus on improving how company-facing programs and services are organized, delivered, and scaled across the organization.
The ideal consultant combines strong operational and program-management experience with an understanding of startups and founder support. This person should be comfortable moving between hands-on execution and higher-level process improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve consistency, and create a strong founder experience.
The Operations Consultant will support work across several areas, including:
- Program Operations: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AlphaLab and portfolio programming, including key program processes, calendars, events, workshops, and founder-facing activities.
