Insitu is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Program Management Specialist to fill a critical position in the Product Line Management organization. This role will be directly responsible for all phases of program management within the assigned portfolio.

- Functions as point of contact throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Manages program budget and executes according to the cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives of the contract(s).
- Works with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deploy requirements management plan.
- Coordinates with engineering and operations to ensure successful execution of customer programs and on-time delivery
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to include sustainment modeling, logistical sparing, pricing and margin analysis.
- Knowledge of FAR-15 proposal development and act as Capture Team Lead (CTL)
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management
