About the role
Provides administrative support for designated Retirement Services leadership team members. Ensures all customer contracts undergo review and approval from Insperity Legal department prior to uploading into the CSC Matter Management Web site.
What they're looking for
- Associate’s Degree is preferred
- Three to five years office environment experience is required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Communicating well over the phone is a requirement
- Familiar with standard office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Office (or related), and database software programs
- Maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment, familiar with modern office methods, practices, procedures and equipment, as well as filing systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
