About the role
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to build the operating system behind our go-to-market engine. Our sales team is scaling fast, and everything underneath it has to scale with it: our data model, the forecast, the process reps touch every day. You'll own all of it. You'll turn our revenue strategy into territory and quota models the team can execute against, a forecast leadership trusts, and systems that still hold at four times the headcount.
What they're looking for
- 4 to 8 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations at a high-growth B2B company
- Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce administration experience
- Enterprise sales motion experience: long cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, low volume relative to deal size
- You build for what breaks at 4x, not what works today
- An instinct for what to automate and how far to trust it. Comfortable handing repetitive work to agents, and clear on what still needs a human
