- 1+ years of hands-on GEO experience across leading conversational assistants, with strong SEO fundamentals. You've tested how they retrieve, cite, and act on content, and have opinions about what works and why
- Fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and at least one AI-visibility platform — Profound, Peec, Otterly, Scrunch, or tooling you built yourself

The way Partners (businesses) and Pros (workers) discover services like Instawork is being rewritten in real time by AI answer engines and the ever-evolving SEO space. We're looking for an SEO/AEO Manager to own Instawork's discoverability — how easily users find, understand, and choose us, wherever that discovery happens: a search engine, an AI assistant, or whatever comes next. You'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing.

You're technical , you ship. You've built structured data and schema yourself, run your own crawl analyses, and traced rendering or indexation problems down to the root cause — with enough comfort in code to commit the fix yourself....
