IT Systems Administrator
Role Summary
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting Intellivo’s IT systems, networks, and endpoint technologies. This role ensures that internal systems operate securely, reliably, and efficiently while supporting compliance, infrastructure maturity, and operational readiness across the organization.
The Systems Administrator works closely with Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, and all business units to support end users, improve IT environments, strengthen ISO27001 controls, respond to security alerts, and ensure IT systems are hardened and well-documented. This role also serves as an escalation point and technical leader for junior network, systems, and security staff.
