About the role
At Fin you'll be a Systems Engineer in IT, working on evolving our IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management and compliance. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious AI-native IT team that leverages SaaS-based solutions to be at the forefront of business process and employee lifecycle automation. If you're coming from a traditional systems engineering or DevOps background, this role will expand the scope of your experience to truly agile, modern cloud environments.
What they're looking for
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer and possess great problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions by making data-driven discoveries and finding corresponding solutions
- You have good knowledge of a high-level programming language, e.g. Ruby, Python, Perl etc… Note that the language doesn’t have to be one that we use here!
