The successful candidate will bring a strong, established network of clients and prospects who are interested in and capable of trading Late-Stage Growth and pre-IPO equities. You will be responsible for generating and soliciting order flow, executing transactions, and driving liquidity across our trading platform. You will collaborate closely with Institutional Broker Dealers, internal Private Equity Specialists, and senior leadership to structure and close complex transactions. - Leverage and expand an established network of eligible counterparties seeking to transact in Late-Stage Growth and pre-IPO equities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to counterparties, helping them navigate share-transfer negotiations and private-market trading complexities
- Apply deep private-market expertise to identify and resolve transaction hurdles, support execution, and drive trades to completion
- Proactively identify trading opportunities and maintain consistent engagement with existing and prospective counterparties
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of current and future transaction opportunities
