About the role
We’re looking for a pioneering North America GTM Lead who will work directly with the Head of Global GTM to grow our sales presence in North America. In this role, you will be managing some of our most important prospects and customers. You will be hands-on in translating complex customer needs into scalable solutions, shaping how new customers experience Inworld from their very first interaction.
What they're looking for
- Experience at a high-growth startup, or as a founder/operator
- Experience with modern GTM systems (Clay, n8n, zapier etc.)
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and emerging use cases
- Basic understanding of sales principles (MEDDPICC, BANT etc.)
- Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week)
