Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategies for all GTM and G&A functions. Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters, providing consistent coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience, specifically focused on sales and GTM and G&A roles within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of leading recruiting teams that have built and scaled high-performing sales organizations in high-growth, global environments
- Deep functional expertise in recruiting across multiple sales functions including AEs, SEs, CS, RevOps, and Professional Services
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing recruiting teams through growth and change
- Strategic mindset with the proven ability to seamlessly balance long-term organizational planning with tactical, immediate execution
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with robust analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
