About the role
We turn raw jobsite video into decisions a superintendent can act on before the next shift, and right now the hardest part of that isn't the model, it's the interface. As a Product Designer at Ironsite, you'll join our design team led by our Head of Design, work closely with our CTO, and own the product surface across our customer-facing platform, internal labeling tools, and the field experience around our hardware.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years designing software products end-to-end, with a portfolio of shipped work you can walk us through in depth. The problem, the decisions, and what actually launched
- Proven work on complex, data-heavy interfaces. Tables, timelines, review queues, dashboards. Not just marketing-clean layouts
- High proficiency in Figma, plus rapid prototyping in whatever gets to the answer fastest (Figma, Framer, Claude Code, or a rough build)
- Systems thinking. You ship components and patterns, and you can write a spec an engineer trusts
- Willingness to be on-site in SF and to get on jobsites in a hard hat. This product cannot be designed from a desk

Ironsite is building the intelligence layer for the physical world. We design our own wearable hardware, deploy it alongside craft workers, and transform a shift's footage into a next-morning report. Our internal team and purpose-built models label the data overnight and deliver actionable insights to superintendents by 5 AM.
We are accelerating the speed, efficiency, and predictability of construction, especially for complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects, including data centers, LNG facilities, sports stadiums, hospitals, and other large-scale developments, by training AI models on egocentric construction footage and labor productivity data. We are built with a pro-worker philosophy at our core: we believe technology should empower the workforce, not replace it. We're working to give craft workers and project leaders better visibility into what's happening on-site, while creating a system where the reality of construction and the chaos of each day is finally available to the people running the project.
