Iru is looking for a Visual Designer to join our in-house Brand Studio. You'll work alongside our Senior Visual Designer to bring the Iru brand to life across every surface: website, digital ads, events, social, email, PDFs, and more.
What they're looking for
- Experience in a design role, in-house or agency
- A strong portfolio. It does not need to be long, but every piece in it should be something you are proud of and can speak to
- Solid fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and composition
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Attention to detail that shows up in the work, not just on your resume
- Collaborative and receptive to feedback. You take direction well and make it better
