- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs to drive new lead and pipeline generation
- Field Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact field events, including regional events, roundtables and conferences, to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales leadership to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support sales goals
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance
- Budget Management : Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities
- 6+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in field marketing
