- Microsoft Intune: Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in a Windows 11 environment, including application packaging, configuration profiles, and deployment
- Google Workspace & Cloud Administration: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration (Google Admin Console, user provisioning, group management, security settings, Gmail/Drive/Meet support)
- Core Technical Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, and network fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, command line/scripting tools)
- Good computer and network security awareness
- Global Collaboration & Autonomy: Ability to work independently in a local office setting while communicating and collaborating effectively across global departments and time zones
