- 5+ years of experience coordinating work across internal teams and external vendors, including managing SaaS budgets, contracts, and license negotiations with a focus on cost optimization and sprawl prevention (required)
- 3+ years in a formal people-management role, including hiring, performance management, and team development (required)
- Deep platform architecture experience, with hands-on configuration and administration background, in ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ESM) or Atlassian (e.g., Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) (required)
- Effective executive communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences (required)
- Experience architecting and governing complex enterprise IT platforms across more than one vendor ecosystem, with the ability to anticipate how a change in one system affects others (preferred)
