The company operates across 20+ countries including Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, the United Kingdom, across Europe, and the United States, and serves over 5,000 clients ranging from venture-backed startups to SMBs around the world.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals, prior quota-bearing AE role preferred
- Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure , OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation
- Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk — and practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments/treasury products
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese a plus. Jeeves is global and requires strong cross-regional communication
- Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes
- Excellent consultative selling skills — build financial models, present ROI and negotiate commercial contracts
