- A track record of initiative and achievement, which may come from internships, academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, research, campus leadership, or other experiences
- Interest in software, AI, and technology-driven business models
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses, markets, and technologies evolve
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people, energy and confidence to initiate conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and learn from others
- Strong judgment and the confidence to develop and express an independent point of view
