The Lead Analyst, Analysis and Efficiencies within Government Program Operations, plays a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence across government programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange. This position serves as a key technical and analytical resource, helping translate strategic direction into actionable insights for the analyst team. The Lead Analyst supports the Manager by guiding peers through complex analytical work, fostering best practices, and promoting efficient, compliant processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, government programs, or data analysis
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
