About the role
We're looking for an experienced and driven Contract Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting . You’ll work on identifying , attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various clinical and non-clinical departments . You'll play a crucial role in building our teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ proven experience as a full-cycle Clinical or Ops Recruiter, or related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, specialized tech forums)
- Experience working in Greenhouse, strongly preferred
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
