About the role
As an Account Executive at Juicebox, you'll help organizations transform how they hire by introducing them to one of the fastest-growing AI recruiting platforms in the market. You'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with prospective customers from their first conversation through close while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience closing SaaS deals
- Experience selling deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between $10K and $50K
- A track record of consistently exceeding quota (President's Club, Top Performer, Top 10%, MVP, or similar achievements)
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
