About the role
We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations generalist to partner closely with our VP of Sales and GTM leadership team on the highest-impact growth initiatives across the business. This is a highly strategic role focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities that accelerate revenue growth and improve go-to-market effectiveness. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product to drive critical initiatives that shape how we acquire, monetize, and retain customers.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar generalist role (4+ years preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and drive them to resolution
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or Finance teams
- A strong interest in go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and how businesses scale
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
