- Operations experience: 3+ years in operations, healthcare operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, implementation, or similar
- Ownership mindset: drives things to the finish line without needing constant direction
- Launch and project execution: coordinating launches, implementations, or operational programs
- Problem solving: digs into root causes and coordinates the right people to resolve
- Cross-functional communication: comfortable with customers, labs, fulfillment, and internal teams
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and metrics
