About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner to managers in your client group(s), helping them navigate people challenges and make sound decisions, especially in ambiguous situations Support performance management for your client group(s): help managers run effective performance conversations, assist with PIP design and execution, and contribute to performance calibration Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience delivering PBP or generalist HR support, ideally at a fast-growing technology or financial services company
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence with people managers and mid-level leaders
- Solid grounding in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness fundamentals
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing across a client group's competing needs
- Skilled at translating data (engagement, attrition, exit interview themes) into practical, actionable recommendations
- Experience with an HRIS, exposure to multiple systems a plus
