What they're looking for
- Own the nursing vertical: Build and execute GTM strategy from the ground up, hit growth targets, and drive Juno member growth in a market we're entering for the first time
- Scale distribution through partnerships:
- Activate campus-based chapters with turnkey playbooks
- Partner with NCLEX prep companies, nursing associations, and the nursing school admissions ecosystem
- Run targeted campaigns aligned to application cycles
- Build a campus ambassador network: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing nursing students across Nursing programs with clear KPIs and incentives
