About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at JustAI, you are the strategic partner and trusted advisor for some of the world's leading consumer brands. You'll work directly with lifecycle, growth, CRM, and product marketing teams to help them unlock measurable business outcomes using AI-powered lifecycle marketing. From onboarding and activation to retention and monetization, you'll guide customers through the transformation from traditional campaign-based marketing to always-on, AI-optimized customer journeys.
What they're looking for
- 3–8 years in Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Growth, Consulting, or related roles
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Experience working with B2C products and high-scale customer journeys
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies
