Marketing Operations (MarOps) at Justworks builds and runs the systems and capabilities that maximize Marketing’s ability to deliver against its mission. MarOps enables us to know our customers, execute the customer journey, ship great experiences, understand our performance, and safely leverage agents to scale our impact.
What they're looking for
- Marketing Intelligence: Ensure marketing is able to understand the impact of its work on the business and enable teams to take action to improve performance and the customer experience
- Cross-functional GTM: Own Marketing's engagement with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Product, Data & Analytics, and Security & IT on operating and building our growth engine
- The team: Hire, develop, and grow a team of senior individual contributors that set the standard for a top-tier modern Marketing Ops function
