About the role
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who brings structure to complexity. You excel at identifying opportunities to streamline processes and consistently drive toward greater efficiency through a mix of subject matter expertise and tech fluency. As the Tax Account Registration Specialist, you own the end-to-end health of our customers' tax profiles.
What they're looking for
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tax registration, filing, or reporting
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, data manipulation) and experience utilizing multiple software systems to drive execution
- Multi-state expertise: Experience managing tax accounts across multiple states for a large employer or PEO
- Expertise with government portals: Familiarity with online tools for registrations, Power of Attorney (POA), and TPA submissions
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and clarity
- Process-Driven: A track record of driving process improvements and thriving in a fast-paced, fluid environment
