Kaizen is a digital employee that helps healthcare providers get patients into care faster. It processes referrals, verifies insurance benefits, manages prior authorizations, and handles provider credentialing across the systems teams already use. Customers can give Kaizen feedback directly, teaching it their processes and refining how it works.

You’ll work directly with healthcare executives to identify where automation can create the most value, then use Kaizen to deliver it. With a digital employee that learns from customer feedback, you can deploy workflows in just two weeks that generate six figures in annual value .
Your job is to understand the customer’s business, identify the right opportunities, and teach Kaizen how to execute. You’ll be equally comfortable discussing an ROI model with a CFO and sitting alongside an authorization specialist to understand why a case is stuck.
