What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in corporate development, business development, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategy, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience evaluating complex strategic or transaction opportunities
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, or executing M&A, investments, partnerships, or other strategic transactions
- Excellent judgment - able to quickly understand a business or opportunity and identify the factors that matter most
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort negotiating with sophisticated counterparties
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and communicating complex analysis in a clear, concise way
