Own Kalshi’s esports business end-to-end, including strategy, product, partnerships, marketing, and growth. Build a compelling portfolio of esports markets and shape a product experience tailored to esports fans and traders.

- Deep knowledge of esports - the games, teams, leagues, tournaments, creators, communities, and culture
- Strong instincts for what esports fans care about and what will resonate, spread, and go viral
- Experience identifying, structuring, and extracting value from partnerships
- A track record of building or growing products, audiences, partnerships, or businesses within esports, gaming, sports, media, or a similarly fast-moving industry
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize the opportunities with the greatest potential impact
