- 2–5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, creator marketing, community, or business development
- Deep familiarity with perpetual futures, crypto markets, or active trading communities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products simply
- Proven ability to build partnerships and execute campaigns from idea through launch
- Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution—you move quickly and solve problems independently
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
