- Very sharp, independent, and practical: you figure things out without needing a roadmap
- Strong math, stats, and quant finance background
- Comfortable with derivatives, familiarity with risk and VaR preferred
- Hands-on with Python, statistics, and ML models
- Strong quantitative degree from a leading university
