Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer and close Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to build role scorecards, sharpen hiring criteria, and design efficient interview processes
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical hiring
- Proven ability to build strong outbound pipelines and close passive candidates, not just manage inbound flow
- Comfort operating across very different hiring profiles - from engineers to operators to compliance and gtm hires - without losing quality or speed
- Strong judgment and the ability to move fast and make decisions autonomously in a low-process environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior hiring managers
- Genuine excitement about working somewhere fast-moving with minimal bureaucracy and high ownership
