- 0–4 years of experience in market surveillance, compliance, risk, or a related role in financial services
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and identify subtle patterns or anomalies
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, including building notebooks, analyses, and data pipelines
- Interest in market structure, trading platforms, and financial instruments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and market integrity
