What they're looking for
- 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience supporting VP-level, C-suite, or other senior executives in a fast-paced organization
- Proven ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and proactively drive follow-through
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars, multiple stakeholders, and changing priorities
- Experience using AI-powered tools or modern productivity technology to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, or enhance the quality of work
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for meeting summaries, research, content creation, communication drafting, or administrative support
