About the role
Kaseya is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Vice President-level leaders within our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will provide high-quality executive support while helping coordinate priorities, meetings, communications, and business activities across the GTM organization.
What they're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar role
- Experience supporting leaders or teams within a Sales, Go-to-Market, Revenue, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced business environment
- Understanding of sales organization structures, business rhythms, and common GTM priorities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and competing scheduling priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
