Kaseya is seeking an experienced Director of Cloud Operations to lead the teams responsible for operating, scaling, and continuously improving our cloud platforms and production services. This role is accountable for service reliability, operational excellence, incident management, cloud cost optimization, platform stability, and the overall health of customer-facing environments. What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure operations, production operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, platform engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams responsible for production systems, cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, or customer-facing services
- Demonstrated experience operating large-scale SaaS platforms, managed services, enterprise software, or other high-availability production environments
- Hands-on technical understanding of at least one major public cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, monitoring, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and operational performance reporting
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, databases, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and security operations
