What they're looking for
- Technical or Engineering Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience)
- Exposure to Structured Development: Familiarity with concepts such as requirements, verification & validation, testing, systems engineering, or the V‑model (academic or professional exposure is sufficient)
- Technical Communication Skills: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical Problem‑Solving: Comfort troubleshooting issues, asking good questions, and reasoning through complex workflows
- Collaborative Mindset: Enjoys working across teams and building trusted relationships with customers and teammates
