About the role
We're looking for multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help build and scale Kikoff Ambassadors' affiliate partner base. As one of the first Sales Development Representatives in this office, you'll play a foundational role in shaping how we prospect, qualify, and onboard new partners.

- Based in or willing to work from our new Phoenix, AZ office 5 days per week
- 0-2 years of professional experience, new graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to speak with small business owners over email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep a CRM and outreach cadence up to date
- Resilient and coachable, comfortable with rejection and eager to improve based on feedback
- Curiosity about small business, fintech, financial services, or B2B sales, and interest in building a long-term career in business development
