About the role
We're looking for an Operations & Compliance Analyst to take ownership of the compliance and operational work that keeps Kin Financing running. Kin Financing is our home lending program — mortgage and home equity products offered to the homeowners who already trust us with their insurance. The licensing, reporting, audit, and vendor review processes are established and working, but today they sit with our GM alongside everything else it takes to grow a new lending business.
