The AI-native stack for modern underwriting — bespoke to every lending use case. Underwrite borrowers anywhere in the world in minutes. Backed by Y Combinator.
About the role
Credit is the difference between a business that grows and one that doesn't, a family that absorbs a shock and one that doesn't. Every lender you bring on puts capital in the hands of borrowers who couldn't get assessed before. That's the scale of this job, and it's why go-to-market is the most important problem at Kita right now.
What they're looking for
- A track record of revenue you personally drove. Tell us the deals you took to signature, what they were worth, and what almost killed them
- You've sold to financial services, or to some other buyer who is conservative, regulated, and slow to trust
- You get technical enough to be credible. Our buyers ask hard questions about how the assessment works, and passing them to an engineer every time loses deals
- You can hold price. If your instinct under pressure is to discount, this isn't the right seat
- Range. You'll go from a redline to a partner call to working a conference floor to rewriting the homepage in the same week
- You operate clearly in ambiguity

- Own the relationship. Customers stay with the person who understood their business. You'll hold those relationships through pilot, rollout, and expansion
- Understand the customer deeply. How a credit officer actually makes a decision, where their file gets stuck, what their approval rates and...
